How to delete your Furbaby Board account, and what happens to your data. Furbaby Board is developed by Harshdeep Singh Sandhu.
In the Android app
Tap your avatar to open Settings, scroll to Account, tap Delete account and confirm.
On the web
Sign in at app.furbabyboard.com/settings, scroll to Delete account, choose Delete account and confirm.
Can't sign in?
Write to contact@furbabyboard.com from the email address on the account and we will delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Straight away: your account, your name and email, your household memberships, the invite links you created, your notification tokens and your reminder feed.
If you are the only member of your household, it is deleted too: every pet and their health records, routines and their history, photos and documents.
What is kept
If other people remain in your household, it keeps its pets and records. The tasks you ticked off and the documents you uploaded stay in its history, without your name. A household owner has to remove the other members before deleting their account.
